Hi nikki, how are you? Anything new in the Nasty Nuns front?
Hey Sandy, feelin' great, thnx. The first year of Nasty Nuns was a real success for the band. We played some killer shows and had lots of incredible parties! The 'Too Much Is Never Enough' EP is almost sold out and now we're back in the studio to record some new sleaze metal shit! At least we received an offer from an american record label, so things gettin' serious now! ;)

We got some questions about your tattoo. Can you tell us what exactly is tattood on your arm?
It's the Guns N' Roses skull with a simple writing. I didn't want to tattoo a band name so i decided to write simply 'Rock n' Roll' in it.

So we might say Guns N Roses is your favourite band?
They are one of my favourites, of course, but there are lots more bands. I think they were the biggest band of this decade and their attitude is legendary. The combination of music and their dirty sunset strip style is the essence of Rock n' Roll for me.

This is a drawing of the early GNR years, do you like their new stuff to?
Of course i love all their old stuff and i know many people can't stand 'Chinese Democracy'. But i like it. I think it's the logical musical advancement of the 'Use Your Illusion' albums.

What's your favourite cd and song? Maybe any song makes you thinkg of a good memory?
It's hard to say. I told you before, i love the old ones of them. So my favourites are the 'Live like a suicide' EP and the 'Appetite' album. But the others include also some great songs. Most of the good memories i can't remember so there are only some bad ones left...

Why you chose this place? It's just the most common I guess?
I don't really know. Maybe because it was my first one and i wanted the people to see it. Of course tattoos are for yourself but everybody likes to show them. For me it's like a symbolic middle finger for all the accurate, conservative jerks out there and the stuffy society in general.

Who went with you to the tattooshop?
Nobody. ;)

Where did you get it? did you know the tattooartist personaly? or why did you pick this one..
Well, he tattooed some of my friends. But i decided to go to him cause he's very good with this skull things and not that expensive like all the other tattoo artists in my hometown.

Would you go back there?
Of course! In january or something i wanna do the next one. But i don't have the money and the time for it at the moment.

Time for a cliché, did it hurt?
Haha, no not that much. There are some place where it would hurt even more i think...

How did your parents and family react to it?
Some of them like it, some not. But who the fuck cares, i have to live with it and i like it! That's the most important thing i guess!

What was the worst tattoo you ever saw on someone else?
Hahaha, ok there's a little story 'bout that. Years ago i had a friend and he was always wasted. Sometimes he was in prison sometimes not. There he also learned how to tattoo people with a selfmade tattoo-machine. So some day another friend came over to get tattooed by him and he wanted to have a dragon or shit like that on his back. But the tattoo guy was totally stoned, of course, and he thougt that the motive is too difficult for his shape and a tattooed dragon sucks anyway. So he decided to make a simple one and at least he tattooed him a washing machine on his back. You can imagine what happened next i think...

Got anything else on other places?
Unfortunatly not yet. But there are some to come for sure.

Any plans for a next tattoo? still doubting?
No doubt, yes. There are some things i wanna do in the near future like the name of our first EP, the band name/logo and some other cool skull stuff. I have many ideas...
