Any Star*Rats news for us?
Plenty!! We're in the middle of recording our new album & putting the final touches on our forthcoming tours of Europe with Tracy Gang Pussy and England with Velvet Star. We'll get in everybody's faces from start Feburary to mid April so it's gonna be awesome...oh and we're actually ending the European leg of the tour in Roeselare at your badass ball!!:-)   

We're already lookin g forward :)
How is the tattoo-scene (if that is even a word) over there in Denmark?
It's pretty good! Some really talented artists around here & I don't think I know anybody except my girlfriend & Kass our bassplayer who doesn't have one. 

I see you have quite a lot different tattoos, can you name us a few?
Well, I got one of the ugliest tribal armbands in the universe, but I'm excused since I got it in the beginning of the 90's when tribal was still the hottest shit ever:-D
I also have "Bring The Noise" tattooed on my chest, since I'm a big fan of both Anthrax & Public Enemy.

Are you a diehard alice cooper fan to? Or was it just the lyrics that appealed to you?
I am THE biggest Alice Cooper fan in the universe, that's why! I actually enjoyed school a lot... especially the whole skippin' class with the boys to get our drink'n smoke on:-)

How old were you when getting this ('schools out') one?
It's really not that old... I got it at our swedish release party for "Screw the consequences", so it's only a little more than a year ago.

Who is the rockstar jumping up with the guitar in his hands? Can you tell us something 'bout it?
It's Dimebag Darrel from Pantera. He was gunned down by a crazy fuckin' psycho while on stage a few years ago. I never knew him personally, but I'm a huge fan of his playing & his death had a suprisingly big impact on me. 

It seems like you are a fan of Marvel comics, right? When did you fall in love with these cartoon-heroes? And what made you decide to put them into your skin?
I've been reading Marvel comics since I was a kid.... well, never The Fantastic Four.. they suck!! I decided to get them tattooed because I felt like it when I had it done. I don't spend much time on considering...well, anything really!!:-)

Which Marvel-ones (tats, not comics) do you have exactly?
Wolverine, Mystique, & Spider-Man....& just to be on the safe side, this is the correct way of spelling SPider-Man so don't fuckin' change it... Stan Lee sez' so!! ;)

And ofcourse, as a real rockstar is supposed to, you got the name of your band tattood! Who did this one? Was it a hurtfull place?
My good old friend El Rondo from Stigma Tattoo in Copenhagen did it, and yes! that shit hurt like a motherfucker!!!

How about 'Viva Vega', some interesting story behind these lyrics? (see second picture)
"Vega" is my daughter & "Viva" is spanish for "Long Live" so there you go! Was that what you had in mind?? ;-D

What does the weapon on your belly stand for?
Nothing really... A few years ago I noiticed Sahar the Fuel Girl had a gun tattooed like that which I thought was really badass, but I didn't want the excact same tattoo, & Nunchucks was always my favorite Ninja weapon so...voila':-)

Now we're heading up to a more interesting part, who is Camilla? :) Tell us about it..

Since you have lots of different places holding ink, which one did hurt the most for you? I guess fingers or ribs?
Actually, fingers didn't hurt at all, but the ass & ribs where a bitch with ribs taking a narrow firstplace.

Do you have a favourite tattoo-artist, or do you go to all different ones, depending on where you are the day you feel like getting a new one?
Well, El Rondo whom I already mentioned is definitely the dude I visit the most, but also the fly peeps at Linhamn Tattoo in Sweden are really cool!   

Is there something you wanted to have, but didn't dare (because it was to silly or on a very sensitive place or whatever)?
Nope!

What will be the next one? Plans for the future?
I got several great ideas like Ninja stars to match my nunchucks, and a pelican selling nunchucks at an icecream booth... I'm seriously not shitting you, I just got a thing for nunchucks! :-)

Is there something you think of 'No, I will NEVER get that tattooed'? (like some people say they will never have the name of a girlfriend)
Nope!

Is there any tattoo on someone else you remember 'cause it was so special? (like a family-portrait-sleeve, or a tetris-game, ..)
I remember quite a few actually... Everytime I see our name, a songtitle, or autographs tattoed on others, I'm humbled & amazed others feel strongly enough about our music to carve it in their skin. I never gave a shit about awards, polls, etc. but this touches me bigtime & and you guys are my fuckin' heroes!!

Did you ever regret getting one of your tats?
Nope!
