Lovex is a Finnish rock band formed in 2001-2002.
The debut album "Divine Insanity" of Finnish hardrock band Lovex has sold more than 20 000 copies in Finland granting the band their first gold record.
The album entered many top 50 charts in Europe.
In 2008 Lovex released their second album "Pretend or Surrender" and the first single, "Take a Shot", became the most played song in Finland in April 2008
Lovex will now release their third studio album .
The single from the Watch Out! –album is called Slave For the Glory and it has been released world wide on February 2011.

The album, Watch Out!, has been written by the band members themselves and produced by Christian, the band's keyboard player.
In January 2011 Lovex renewed their recording contract with EMI, who was also in charge for the release of the band's earlier albums.

To be honnest I had never heard of these guys before but what I hear is so refreshing and new....
The band delivers catchy melodies, top songs, great musicianship and a powerful production - all what you expect from a brilliant album in the style of
the leading Scandinavian hardrock bands like Poodles, Brother Firetribe, Dynazty, etc.!

"Queen Of The Night" starts with a short intro and then to turn into a typical rock song right after it. A great opening track for the album.
"U.S.A"., the second single from the album is a catchy song that tends to stay in your head and ears. A really great song to sing along with.
"Slave For The Glory" is an infectious rock song with powerful guitar riffs, a catchy melody.
"Time Of Your Life" is the first song that does not present itself like a full-power rock song but some kind of ballad that makes me dream...
"Watch Out" is a catchy and full-power rock song again.
"15 Minutes" is about a girl or a young woman doing everything to get famous, but meanwhile losing hold of herself.
"Crash My World " is a calm song that gives the listener the chance to take a deep breath after rocking.
"Worlds Collide" has a beautiful piano intro that makes you dream away but as soon as the electric guitars are added, dreaming is over ! This song is more a rock ballad.
"One" is a fascinating song with a catchy melody running through the whole song.
"Marble Walls" seems to be the only real ballad on this album. A beautiful song which creates a contrast to the previous, full-power rock songs.

An amazing album I must say....this music is so refreshing to me !! This is not typical melodic rock...this is so much more !!
So you better watch out for these guys in the future !!
