Founded in 1997, So. is known for melodic rock tunes and a positive attitude and is fronted by their charismatic vocalist, Stala.
The band is most influenced by 70s and 80s glam rock !
The band has had the freedom to follow their own direction in their music and live performances while entertaining audiences and gathering lots of fans along the way.
Other musical projects sadly forced the band to be on hold for a while but now they are back... even more colorful than before!

Their debut album, “It Is So.” was released on Feb 16th 2011. The band has written, recorded and produced the album themselves.
In the beginning of 2011 the band took part in the finnish Eurovision Song Contest under the name of Stala & So.
They made their way to the national finals with nine other artists and performed on the live tv show in front of a nearly million viewers.

After a short spoken intro the album kicks in with "Got to believe" , a bass driven song that shows the tallent of the band !
"One night stand" is more of a pop rock tune with a sleazy undertone.This song has some very nice guitar playing in it.
"She" is a mid tempo rocker with excellent keyboards.
"(Won't let you) down again" is an amazing tune with excellent blues guitar work.
"Pamela" has a great sing along chorus...
There is also a very strong ballad on the album in the form of "Bye bye" a very strong song with great vocals
"My happy day" is a commercial rocker and "Wompan" has that 80's feeling all over it
"Everything for money" is again a more glam rock song that wraps up the album perfectly.
